Q1. Why my doorbell can't display video of Alexa Echo Show?Q1. Why my doorbell can't display video of Alexa Echo Show?
1.Make sure the speaker device is prompted when you add a device: a device is added
2.Go to the“Amazon Alexa” APP-Devices interface, and the Cameras list to see if any new Devices have been added
3.If Alexa Echo Show don't work when you Press the Doorbell, make sure the settings screen has the“Doorbell Press Notifications” switch turned on
4. If the option not appear, please change the address to United States at first, the option will display, then change the address to your country
Q2. Why my doorbell is offline?
1. Probably the doorbell is turned off. If hold on the doorbell button over 15s, doorbell will be turned off, please turn on the doorbell.
2. Please make sure your dorbell close to the WiFi router.
3. When the WiFi network is not stable, it will cause the device offline. Please try to use another better WiFi network.
4. Don't install the doorbell on the door of metal material, because the metal will weaken the signal of wifi, which will cause the doorbell to offline frequently.
