Question: Can the wireless system work if there is no WiFi?

Answer: The camera and the NVR are directly connected wirelessly. They are an independent wireless local area network and do not occupy the WiFi resources of the home router.

As for local view on the monitor, it doesn't require network

If you need to watch remotely, the NVR must be connected to the network. You can connect to the router with a network cable or connect to the router wirelessly.

Question: Can I view camera from my phone anywhere or only from home?

Answer:If your NVR box is connected to home router, you can remote your camera system anywhere.

Question: Will it work with any monitor

Answer: Yes. The NVR has HDMI interface and VGA interface.

Question: what is the distance for the signal coverage between the camera and the NVR?

Answer: In general environment, it is recommended not to exceed the following distance: one wall is 100ft (30M) away, and two walls are 50ft(15M)away.

Different environments have different effects on the signal. It is best to place the camera in that position and test it remotely with a mobile phone before fixing the camera to the wall. If this distance is exceeded, there are many solutions, such as using a wifi extender.
