The default accessories we included in the package suit for 30-60mm thickness. If your door thickness is thicker, please leave message and we will send you accessories that are compatible.

This lock support set 1-11 digitals as code,note that code 1234 is the same as 4321.

How to set code

The setting panel is on the back of the front panel. Push and rotate the circular hole about 180 degree with tools as described in figure below, then the code is set.

Please note the code is not sequenced. For example, the password is "1267",you can press "7621+C" "2167+C" "6712+C" ...etc when open the lock.
